The platform may store learner progress, diagnostic responses, reflections, evidence records, coach feedback, notifications, and organization reporting data.
Role based access
Access should be limited by role: learners see their own work, coaches see assigned learners where enabled, organizations see cohort-level reporting, and administrators manage content and platform settings.
